Review of Brussels Zaventem private airport transfer, with Mercedes vehicles, flight tracking, WiFi, clear pickup tips, pricing, and service advice.

“Do not use this service. Customs wait was a two hour wait, thus no fault of our own. Informed the driver that we were waiting for customs and had 6 bags, which Viator did leave space for indication of numbers of bag. However, 5 minutes later Emil (not the driver, but owner) texts us and says the driver has waited for more than 60 minutes and had to charge us 10,00 euro every additional 15 minutes. When I refused as this was a customs issue wait, he cancelled my…”

“Arrived in Brussels, 15 minutes later than expected to be picked up, with no driver waiting for us and no text message on phone as to why. Had his cell from confirmatory text so called him twice with no answer; called Viator in US who then arranged for transfer to hotel. Not a good way to start a vacation.”

★★★★★★★★★★4.0 · 7 reviews · from $109

Review of Brussels airport’s private minivan transfer, with honest notes on price, luggage space, pickup, comfort, and who should book.

“The driver was nice and waiters a hour while we did luggage claims but Nothing about the van was luxury. The photo they advertised isn’t the van that picked us up. I was very specific in saying it’s 3 adults and 6 large suitcases. Unfortunately our bags were delayed so we didn’t have our bags if we did the bags wouldn’t have fit. We barely fit with the 3 of us and the driver in the car.”

“Our flight was delayed 20 minutes, it took about 45-60 minutes to get through customs, 5 minutes to grab our luggage; the driver is apparently only given 1 hour to wait for you so not sure why they would arrive right when the plane is scheduled to land. We got stranded at the airport with this service. Do not use them.”
