“Viator rebooked us for this tour company after our initial tour company canceled at the last minute. We were thankful that this company filled in, but unfortunately, it was not a good tour. The first issue occurred when we were messaged by our tour guide in the morning that he was coming to pick us up in his "Comfort car."
